Terms & Conditions:
- You explicitly agree to abide by the following terms and conditions in case you wish to participate in this promotion.
- Six lucky winners will be awarded smart phones. OPPO F5 smart phone will be awarded to one winner from the Black tier and one winner from the Platinum tier. Redmi Note 4 smart phone will be awarded to two winners from the Gold tier and two winners from the Silver tier.
- In order to be eligible for this contest, you need to play at least 20 Indian Rummy games daily at RummyPassion on your mobile phone during the promotion period. (20 games on 12th December, 20 games on 13th December, 20 games on 14th December and 20 games on 15th December).
- RummyPassion will pick a lucky winner randomly, and will announce it on the 16th of December, 2017.
- RummyPassion will contact the winner to verify his/her registered address and phone number for the shipment of the phone.
- RummyPassion will procure the phone from a leading e-commerce site and dispatch it directly to the winner’s address. The phones will be procured and dispatched within 15 days after the winners’ names have been announced.
- RummyPassion’s liability ends once the payment has been made online. The address and mobile number will be of the winner while placing the order. The winner needs to coordinate directly with the vendor for any issue/s.
- RummyPassion reserves the right to alter the promotion terms or to cancel or suspend it without giving prior notice to the participants.
- In case of a dispute, RummyPassion’s decision will be final and binding and no further queries will be entertained.
- Legal disputes, if any, will be subject to Punjab and Haryana High Court jurisdiction only.
