To update your account details, select "My Profile" option from the Menu on the top right corner. Here you can fill in all details, verify your email ID & mobile number and upload your ID & address proof.

Amount added but not reflecting in my Rummy Passion account?

This only happens when your payment has failed or RummyPassion has not yet received the payment from the payment gateway. If payment has failed, you will need to attempt depositing into your Rummy Passion account again. If RummyPassion has not yet received the payment from the payment gateway, then we will inform you as soon as the payment is received and we will manually add the money to your account.

How do i change my Bank Account details?

Please send us your bank details (account number, IFSC code, bank and branch name) at support@RummyPassion.com and we will change the bank account details. OR, you can follow these steps to change the details:

  1. Log in to the Rummy Passion App then go to the "Withdraw Cash" section in the Menu.
  2. Select "Bank Transfer" and click "Continue".
  3. Click "Change Bank Account", then confirm by selecting "OK".
  4. Enter your new bank account details and submit.

How can I change my preferences?

Follow these steps to change the preseference:

  1. Log into your Rummy Passion account and click on the Burger menu.
  2. Select the Language Preferences and tap on the "Change Contact Preference". A list of oprions will be presented.
  3. Check / uncheck the relevant preference (Email / Whatsapp/Call / SMS) and hit the Save button to save your changes

You can add your bank details while making your first withdrawal request under Withdraw Cash in the Burger Menu on the Rummy Passion app.

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click on Login with password instead.
  3. Then, click on the "Forget Password?" and enter your Username/Registered Email ID/Mobile No.
  4. Enter the Captcha, an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number.
  5. Enter the OTP and click on the "Confirm OTP".
  6. Enter & Confirm the Password and hit the "Submit" button.

I am unable to make a withdrawal Request. What do I do?

This can typically happen in case you haven’t updated your bank details in your profile. You will need to update your Profile and KYC details before requesting a withdrawal. Once you have updated this information on our platform, your withdrawal request will be initiated.

How do I upload an ID proof/address proof?

To upload your ID / Address proof, click on the Burger menu and tap on "My Profile". Click on the "KYC" and update your valid ID / Address proof.

How can I change My Profile Avatar?

To change your Profile Avatar, Go to the Burger menu and click on "My Profile" section. Then, click on the "Pencil" icon on your Avatar. Choose the new Avatar you wish to apply and click on the "Save" button.

What should I do if I don't have a PAN Card?

We advise you to apply for a PAN card as soon as possible, because as per Government of India rules, a PAN card is mandatory in order to deduct TDS on winning amount.

I want to Change Player Name/Username?

Your username is set by default at the time of registration. You can change username only once after that from My Profile section.

How do I change my registered mobile number?

To change your registered mobile number with Rummy Passion, click on the "My Profile" tab in the Burger menu. Then, go to the "Mobile Number" section and enter the new number. Click on "Send OTP" button. Enter the OTP and your new number will be registered with us.

How do I change my registered E-mail ID?

To change your registered email ID with Rummy Passion, click on the "My Profile" tab in the Burger menu. Then, go to the "Email ID" section and enter the new email id. Click on "Send OTP" button. Enter the OTP and your new email id will be registered with us.

Why has my ID proof not been updated on my account?

This could be because your ID proof maybe unclear, expired or doesn't match the address and therefore has not been approved. We request you to please upload a clear image / valid ID / ID that has the same address as mentioned on your Rummy Passion account.

Why can’t I play at Rummy Passion even though I’m registered?

This may happen if you do not have sufficient balance in your account to play. Please add cash to your account and enjoy playing cash games.

I did not receive the verification email

Once you've signed up with Rummy Passion, you'll need to verify your email address. An OTP (One-Time Password) for verification will be sent to your registered email. If you can't find the email in your inbox, follow these steps:

  1. Check Spam or Junk Folders: Sometimes, the email might end up in these folders, so take a look there.
  2. Add to Safe List: If you find the email in Spam or Junk, add support@rummypassion.com to your safe sender list. This ensures you receive our emails in your inbox going forward.
  3. Check for Typos: Double-check your email address for any spelling mistakes. If there was a typo, request another verification email with the corrected address.
  4. Avoid Role or Group Addresses: It's best not to use role, group, or alias addresses. While some role addresses work, many don't. To ensure accuracy, use a unique email address for your account.

If you've received the verification email, simply enter the OTP from your email and click "Continue."

If you've tried these steps and still haven't received the verification email, send an email from your registered address to support@rummypassion.com. We'll verify it for you.

Is it possible for me to change the address associated with my Rummy Passion account?

Once your address has been updated in the system, you won't be able to change it by yourself.

If you need to change your address, please send us an email at support@rummypassion.com along with your new address and valid address proof documents. We will assist you in making the necessary changes.

For your address change request, you can provide any of the following supporting documents:

How are funds categorized in Deposit and Withdrawable Accounts?

A cash player’s funds are allocated into three distinct wallets. The Deposit wallet shows your added deposit balance amount (excluding 28% GST). The Withdrawable Account reflects your cash game or tournament winnings. Lastly, the Cash Bonus balance accumulates all bonus offers.

How can I change my username?

All usernames on Rummy Passion are unique. Once a player enters a username, it cannot be modified by either the player or the customer support team for security reasons.

There is an exception to this rule: When the system automatically assigns a username at the time of registration, the player will have one opportunity to modify it.

To make changes, Tap on the top right side burger menu, navigate to 'My Profile', and click on 'Change Username'.

Once modified, the username will become permanent for the respective Rummy Passion account.

What is the turnaround time of the customer support team?

Our Customer Service team will respond to all queries raised by players within 1 to 2 working hours during business hours (9:30 AM - 6:30 PM).

Queries received after business hours will be responded to the next day.

How do I view my recent transactions?

To view your recent transactions, you can navigate to the 'My Transactions' tab.

To access this tab, click on the burger menu located on the top right corner of the page and then select 'Transaction Type and Month'.

Once you are on the 'My Transactions' page, you will be able to sort your transactions into different categories such as Deposits and Withdrawals, Game Transactions, Tournaments, Bonuses, TDS, and GST.

Why can't I open another account?

When you register on Rummy Passion, please note that you can only have one user account. This account will be used to access all the services provided on the platform.

Creating or using multiple user IDs for registration is strictly prohibited, and if detected, it will result in a permanent ban from the platform.

  1. Download the Rummy Passion app from Play Store or App Store.
  2. Install the app and enter your mobile number to create an account.
  3. Enter the OTP sent to your phone number.
  4. Click on 'Confirm OTP' button to complete the registration process.
