To update your account details, you should click on the Profile tab in My Account section on the top right side of the page. There you can fill in all details, verify your email ID & mobile number and upload your ID & address proof. After you have entered the relevant details, click on submit and your profile will be updated. Top
This can happen if your payment has failed or if RummyPassion has not yet received the payment from the payment gateway. If payment has failed, you will need to attempt depositing into your Rummy Passion account again.
